Meeting: 1300 at Souhwest Reasearch Institute (SwRI), 6220 Culebra Rd, San Antonio.
Enter via the Culebra gate at the red star on the (MAP).
Check in at the gate and tell the guard you are part of the group meeting at bldg 190 (in red at bottom
of map), with Mr Roger "CHY-DOE" (phonetic
spelling for convenience).
With a network analyzer, we will be "sweeping" any connectorized passive component (adapters,
jumpers, relays, attenuators, directional couplers, combiner-splitters, dummy loads, filters,
etc.) you bring to determine their usefulness on bands from 432MHz through 47GHz.
1130: If you are so inclined, we will meet for lunch at Fuddrucker's a few blocks
from SwRI at 6759 NW Loop 410. This is an excellent hamburger joint - you can get chicken, too.
ND2X will be holding a table in the (indoor) patio area (on access road side of restaurant) for RMG.
DIRECTIONS: Going south on I-410, take exit 10; this is for Culebra Rd and Fuddrucker's is just
at the end of the exit lanes on the right side of the access road. Coming north on I-410 from
highway 90, take exit 11 for Ingram Rd, go to Ingram Rd and make a U-turn to go south on the
access road. Fuddrucker's is on the right, as above. It is located toward the top of this
map just above the center "point"
of the Interstate 410 shield just south of Ingram Park Mall.
